Tell Congress to Keep the Death Tax Dead!

The 2010 Death Tax battle is quickly heating up.  Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and their allies are chomping at the bit to pass legislation that will retroactively cancel the 2010 Death Tax repeal.  They want to make the Death Tax permanent at the rate of 45% - or higher.  

The Death Tax Battle Starts Today.

Members of Congress are home in their home districts this week for the Holiday Congressional Recess.  They return to Congress next week and the Death Tax is high on the agenda.  Pelosi and Reid want to bring the Death Tax back to life, while a supermajority of American voters supports permanent repeal.  

Tell Congress the Facts about the Death Tax.

You can tell your Senators and Representative that 66% of American voters oppose a revived Death Tax.  You can give Congress the facts about how the Death Tax kills jobs, destroys family businesses and farms, and confiscates the American Dream.  You can ensure that two votes in the Senate and one vote in the House stand in support of the American dream.

Advocate for Death Tax Repeal.

Meet with your Senators and Representative and ask them to support repeal.  AFBI provides talking points and guidance, but we need you to meet with your Members of Congress.  Your voice will decide how they vote.

Second, find your Senators and Representative's local district office by clicking here and entering your address.

Third, call their offices and set up a meeting with the scheduler.
